You will receive a notification from do.not.reply@mymaxpay.com for an account load. Automatically, the company will open up a hyperwallet for you.

Simply go to: https://www.mymaxpay.com/

First time user?
Click Activate Account
Enter the pay portal ID you received in your email
Just follow the prompts


Whenever you receive an account load,

Just click Log In
Enter your Virtual Office ID and PIN

Three Different Methods to Receive Your Money


1. You can choose to cash out your money through One-time Cash out and nominate your bank account where you would like to receive your money. Remember, one time cash out are free for the first time use only, the next one will have $2 deductions.



Option 1: One-time CashOut
 
Select a new or saved Cashout account and click continue.
 
 

or Automated Cash out that automatically sends to your nominated account

Option 2: Automated CashOut
Auto Cashout allows you to automatically transfer your total account balance to one or more saved accounts. Set up Auto Cashout once and your funds will be transferred to your chosen accounts automatically without having to log in again.
